Surat Riders Cycling is a private club app for Surat Riders members in Surat, India. Use this page for help with login, syncing, updates, and account questions.

Email the club app administrator using the support email shown on the Google Play or Apple App Store listing for Surat Riders Cycling.
If you are not yet a member, ask your Surat Riders club administrator for the current club access code before signing in.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
- Install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Enter the club access code provided by your administrator.
- Tap Login with Strava and approve the requested permissions.
Strava login fails or shows an error
- Confirm you have a valid Strava account and an active internet connection.
- Try logging out in Strava → Settings → My Apps, then sign in again from the app.
- If many riders see errors at once, the club may need a higher Strava API athlete quota — contact your administrator.
Activities are not updating
- Pull down on the home screen to refresh, or use the sync button.
- Manual sync is limited to once every 24 hours to stay within Strava API limits.
- New rides on Strava may take a short time to appear after you sync.
The app asks me to update
When a newer version is published on the store, the app requires you to update before continuing. Open the App Store or Google Play, search for Surat Riders Cycling, and install the latest version.
How do I leave or delete my data?
- Log out — Profile screen in the app.
- Revoke Strava — Strava → Settings → My Apps → remove Surat Riders Cycling.
- Deletion requests — email the support address on the store listing; see also our Privacy Policy.
